Quality Control

At Pakshi Aerodynamics Pvt. Ltd., quality is more than a final inspection—it is an essential part of our manufacturing culture. For critical sectors such as Aerospace, Defence and Precision Engineering, even a minor variation can affect component performance. Therefore, every component is carefully manufactured and inspected to meet customer drawings, technical specifications and application requirements.

Our quality-focused process begins with a detailed review of the component drawing, material specifications, dimensions and tolerances. From production planning and material verification to in-process inspection and final quality checks, every important stage is carefully monitored to maintain accuracy, consistency and dependable performance.

Our production and quality teams work together throughout the manufacturing process to identify potential issues, reduce defects and maintain consistent results. Suitable precision measuring instruments and gauges are used to verify critical dimensions, tolerances and surface requirements before the components are approved for delivery.

At Pakshi Aerodynamics Pvt. Ltd., quality is built into every stage of production. Through disciplined processes, responsible manufacturing and continuous improvement, we are committed to delivering precision components that support the safety, reliability and performance expected by our customers.

Inspection Equipment

Our Quality Control Lab

To maintain precision, accuracy and consistency in every component, our Quality Control Lab is equipped with a range of calibrated inspection instruments. These instruments help us verify critical dimensions, tolerances, alignment and surface-finish requirements according to customer drawings and technical specifications.

Inspection Equipment Includes:

  • Vernier Calipers and Micrometers – Used for accurate linear, external and internal dimensional measurements.
  • Height Gauges – Used to measure vertical dimensions, heights and step differences accurately.
  • Bore and Thread Gauges – Used to inspect internal diameters, bore sizes and threaded profiles.
  • Dial Indicators – Used for alignment inspection, runout measurement and tolerance verification.
  • Surface Roughness Testers – Used to measure surface finish and verify compliance with specified requirements.
  • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) – Available for advanced dimensional inspection and validation of complex component geometries.

These inspection facilities support our commitment to delivering reliable components that meet the demanding quality requirements of the Aerospace, Defence and Precision Engineering sectors.

Our Commitment

At Pakshi Aerodynamics Pvt. Ltd., quality is not simply a final checkpoint—it is a responsibility built into every stage of our operations. Every team member, from production personnel to management, is encouraged to identify potential issues, follow established processes and take corrective action to prevent defects and maintain consistent results.

Our quality management approach supports both prototype development and regular production requirements. Inspection methods are planned according to each component’s complexity, material, dimensional tolerances, surface finish and intended application.

Our Quality Control Lab is equipped with precision inspection instruments, including micrometers, Vernier calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, dial indicators and surface roughness testers. A Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is also available for inspecting complex geometries and validating critical dimensions.

Inspection results and relevant quality records are maintained according to project requirements, helping us support component traceability, customer verification and quality reviews. Our production and quality teams work together to achieve the required accuracy, consistency, fit and performance.
